Anyone can attend the upcoming IL Gop Convention as a guest, even if you were not appointed a delegate or alternate. On tap are votes on the new state platform, new national committeeman and the 10 additional delegates to the Republican National Convention. The fee for all attendees is 50 dollars. The convention hotel is reportedly fully booked; area hotels may still have rooms available at reasonable rates.
